Our linear approach toward life and business works well for projects where scope and circumstances are mostly known; such as building a house.
It doesn't work so well in volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous (vuca) circumstances in the quickly changing landscapes of technology and society we're in today, such as:
- building a business
- entering new markets
- designing products and systems that are timely and relevant
- coming up with environmental measures that benefit the world
That's where a holistic approach comes in.
That's where Natural Intelligence (NI) comes in.
So you can co-create exponential results.
Many of us go through life and build our careers and businesses, mainly using our mind, intellect, and experience to analyse what we are looking at and to base our decision making on.
This brings us a lot. And with the rise of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), even more possibilities open up.
And yet, it also often leads to working really hard toward goals that don't really match with who we are as a person and a leader.
Leaving us tired, doubting ourselves, and making us wonder 'what's next?' and 'is this it?'.
That is because we only use part of our capacity and innate systems.
